Education and other Requirements · B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering or equivalent work experience. · 7+ years’ experience in ETL/Data Extract/Integration development. *JOB OVERVIEW * SQL Server/ETL Developer to work on the design, construction, implementation and support of ETL Scripts. The position requires designing, developing, and debugging ETL scripts. The position also requires knowledge of data quality solutions and master data management principles. The SQL Database Developer will also perform business analysis, quality assurance testing and database modeling as required. · Work with large, complex sets of data. · Interact with business users and external service providers to present the findings on data. · Design, construct and implement database architecture for optimal data acquisition, maintenance/cleansing, and extraction of information according to business requirements and technical specifications. · Provide estimates for simple to complex development items. · Troubleshoot data and ETL problems. · Perform reporting development and data migration as required. · Debug, configure and optimize ETL scripts from a database perspective, such as to optimize stored procedures using indexing, temp tables, and logic changes. · Providing end-user support with problem analysis and resolution for Production ETL scripts as required.
