*Interview mode: Phone than SkypeJob Description:*Should have strong background in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate etc., along with experience in profiling tools like CA Wily *Introscope/JProbe/JProfiler/JVisualVM*, Also they should have performance analysis and tuning background. Apart from this you can looks for the keywords like GC (garbage collection), memory leak, JMeter, heap dump, thread dump etc., in the profile while doing the filtering at your level.
