We are looking for an experienced business consultant to lead a small multi-national, multi-discipline team to study and provide recommendations including business requirement definition, high-level solution, project scope, cost, and plan. Key responsibilities: Support and/or guide team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development Document, design, and develop key PLM business processes (e.g., R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales) of acquired company and map against same of client company. Gather and document technical and functional user requirements Develop migration / integration alternatives weighing time /cost parameters. Develop functional and technical specifications Support development of application and technical architecture Develop data architecture and data migration strategy Develop business readiness and change management strategy Develop user go-live and ongoing support strategy Basic Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: PLM best practice development and process design Experience with major PLM/PDM software (MatrixOne, PTC Windchill, SAP PLM, TeamCenter, SmartTeam, and CoCreate) Telecommunications equipment provider industry experience.
