Sound knowledge in migration of reports from xir2 to xir4. Experience with BOXIR2/BOXIR4 Dashboard Manager Experience with Desktop Intelligence Working knowledge and usage of Info view, Crystal and Webi Handle all support requests (e.g., problems with reports/Universes, security changes in Business Objects, performance tuning, preliminary analysis of data issues). Troubleshooting support tickets for operational issues Working through a root/cause analysis and following up on action items Applying patches and upgrades as necessary Performing as a member on projects where Business Objects infrastructure expertise is required Should have excellent troubleshooting skills w.r.t long running reports, job servers issues Strong verbal and written communication skills .
