We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented Healthcare Business Analyst who understands the unique needs of Healthcare and its use of data-informed decision making, quality data, data integration and reporting and database development in delivering its products and services. Skills & Experience *Business skills in Business Intelligence *Project management experience, preferably with multiple projects simultaneously. *Analytical skills to understand requests and translate these to cohesive requirements *Communication and client skills to elicit the needs, and gain trust *Problem solving skills to recommend solutions *Skills for listening to needs and concerns and translating them into actionable terms clearly. *Five or more years experience in public health, health administration, business administration or information technology required. *Minimum five years as a business analyst documenting IT applications. * Prior Healthcare Informatics Experience working in the development, analysis and implementation of information systems in a health-care environment or analyzing public health data is preferred.
