Position :PeopleSoft With HRMS
Location :Atlanta, Ga
Duration :6-12 months

Skills and Experience Required :
The Recruiting and Onboarding Application Manager is a global functional
position, responsible for enhancing, configuring, maintaining, and
expanding the functionality of the client’s HCM solution, including
business processes, PeopleSoft and supporting applications, and best
practices. The incumbent must understand all solution components and how
they inter-operate to support global business processes. He/she will
act as the liaison between the business and IT, and will be the primary
owner of an assigned set of applications.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Application Ownership
Apply knowledge of industry, product and functional best practices, and
related technology trends to guide client toward appropriate HR
technology solutions.
Serve as a catalyst for leveraging system functionality into business
process improvements across the global HR functions.
Ensure global alignment and consistency while effectively balancing global,
regional and local needs.
Understand and enforce the overall solution architecture and proactively
identify and address interdependencies across applications and work
streams.
Enhance the value and integrity of data and support company security
policies and standards.
Administrator configuration and/or processing of assigned application
processes
Monitor application vendor site for reported bugs, fixes, and new
enhancements relative to assigned modules.
Analyze, monitor, and approve any product-related table changes.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related
field.
4+ years of experience implementing, supporting, and/or using applicant
tracking systems, preferably Taleo.
Well-developed leadership and project management capabilities with
demonstrated success completing multiple cross-functional,
cross-business, and cross-cultural projects.
Ability to drive and challenge business on their assumptions.
Track record of being the go-to person for designing functional and
technical system solutions to solve business problems.
Proven ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity and to manage conflict.
Self-starter with proven ability to anticipate problems and take proactive,
decisive action, giving regard to the impact on the system, business
needs and user population.
Solid understanding of software lifecycle development (SDLC) methodologies
