Experience with multiple modules of the ECC application, such as: SD, MM, FI, QM, HCM #3. Expert working knowledge of SAP integration tools, such as: Graphical Mapping, ABAP Mapping, SLD/ESR/ID configuration, BPM, EDI, IDOCs, Workflow, Web Service* Qualifications: • Associate or technical degree in computers, business, or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred or a minimum of 8 years related technology experience. • Ability to produce clear technical documentation and oversee technical review processes • Ability to help customer’s understand capabilities and translate requirements into solutions that are practical to implementation, robust and scalable. • Oversees and reviews technical documentation and review processes • Ability to provide support on a rotating 24x7x365 shift. • Ability to work in a highly matrix and geographically diverse business model • Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast paced changing environment -- multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner. • Excellent verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization. • Strong organizational, attention to detail and task follow-up skills • Adept at handling multiple assignments in a timely manner and meeting assigned deadlines • Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross division business unit model, preferred • Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving skills.
