Participate in discussion with business clients to understand the problems faced and articulate to the internal stake holders. 2. Define and document the problems and get client agreement. 3. Conduct requirement workshops, understand AS IS process and identify high level process / system changes. 4. Assist in preparation of process documents, process gap, fit gap analysis, requirements / assessment documents that are agreeable to the customer. 5. Arrive at possible solution options that factor in gap resolution, impact on functional areas, acceptability of solution to the user community, technical feasibility etc. 6. Conduct training sessions and publish BOKs as needed.
