Required Skills: Candidates must be hands on and have set up performance testing experience. 8+ years experience in manual and automated Quality Assurance testing Proven experience as a QA manager Experience in developing automated test strategy/plans Deep understanding and experience in standard testing methodologies Expert-level, hands-on experience in HP QuickTestPro. Expert level, hands-on experience in the use of automated performance testing tools. Strong understanding of network and security design and the implication of these on the performance test environments; Ability to communicate with the infrastructure team to recommend alternative solutions for addressing application bottlenecks; Experience with VSTS performance testing and defect management is preferred. Insurance/Reinsurance industry experience and knowledge with an understanding of the terminology, business functions and processes is strong preference Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal relationship, team building, collaboration and facilitation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Personal time management skills and ability to meet individual and team deadlines. Seeks to expand knowledge and experience and is committed to continuous learning Insurance/reinsurance experience required Summary: This position is responsible for managing the Quality Assurance Testing function for Insurance, Reinsurance and Corporate solutions. This includes overseeing a team of 5 – 7 full time employees and consultants in performing functional and performance test strategy, planning and execution for projects and enhancement releases.--
