Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Specialist
Location: Raleigh, NC
Duration: 6 Months

The CRM specialist will work closely with the discipline architects to
create (write) governance artifacts for CRM. They will create rollout plans
for new tools, technologies and frameworks within CRM. They will create
deployment plans. They will  operationalize change management for the tools
and technologies within the CRM discipline. They will create training and
procedures to engage IT administrators to administer and/or configure the
tools and technologies within CRM.  They will participate in process flow
analysis and SOA centric process redesign along with other SOA Discipline
Leads, the  Governance Specialist, the Technical Writer and Project
Manager.

Activities include discovering, validating, documenting and communicating
the organization's customer relationships processes and knowledge for the
 NCDOT IT SOA Initiative. The individual should have competency in
modeling, simulating and analyzing the "as-is" and "to-be" scenarios.  They
will identify issues and risks found in the mapping of current and improved
customer relationships to SOA methodology.

The Customer Relationship Management Specialist will understand methodology
categories, processes, software and systems and assist other team members
in effectively organizing the SOA governance and architecture to allow
application and services developed under the SOA initiative to better make
relationships with NCDOT customers.

Customer Relationship Management takes place through  different means such
as web, telephone, information centers, and collaborator networks. The main
responsibility of the Customer Relationship Manager is to use SOA
methodologies to simplify the successful relationship between customer and
organization without any time or place limitations, so that customer feels
that he/she is connected with the NCDOT, who responds to his/her needs in a
satisfactory manner. The individual will transfer CRM strategy knowledge to
NCDOT staff.

Demonstrated experience working with MS Dynamics CRM Platform Required 5
Years
Experience rolling out new tools, technologies, or technical concept across
the enterprise & in demonstrating their technical capabilities and value
Required 7 Years
Demonstrated experience in creating & executing rollout & deployment plans
Required 7 Years
Ability to work under the direction of managers & with architects to help
evolve new tools & technologies throughout an organization Required 5 Years

Experience working with stakeholders & business SMEs to ensure their
applications get deployed in a timely manner & run smoothly in production
Required 5 Years
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze
customer relationship implications of business processes and workflows
Required 7 Years
High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio & MS Power Point
Required 5 Years
High level of communication skills and ~ able to produce documentation to a
high standard  Required 5 Years
Experience transitioning stove-pipe legacy systems to a SOA Centric
Architecture Required 5 Years
Demonstrated experience in coordinating change management with relation to
deployment and rollout Required 7 Years
