Title:  Project Manager (IT infrastructure)
Location:  Boca Raton, FL
Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities:
-Provides effective day-to-day project management of key IT infrastructure
security related projects.
-Experience managing IT infrastructure security projects in the following
areas: Security Log collection, APT detection, Database activity
monitoring,  Network Access Control,  Identity & Access Management ,
 FIRECALL,   Data Loss Prevention,   security control for 3rd party access,
Enhanced Network Monitoring
-Manages the overall coordination, status reporting and stability of
project-oriented work efforts,  on IT security projects ensuring that
project objectives and goals are met within agreed upon time, scope,
resource, budget and quality requirements.
-Responsible for key project deliverables and shares responsibilities and
accountability with the project leadership team for the successful delivery
of the project's outcome.
-Develops detailed project schedules, works with team to maintain / update
schedules, integrates project plans into other release schedules and works
with teams to resolve discrepancies among schedules and availability
conflicts with resources.
-Interfaces with internal and external project team members and management
teams.
-Prepares written status reports for client review. Works with manager to
apply the elements of the project management discipline at a level of rigor
appropriate to the project and the Office Depot environment: Integration,
Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk
Management.

Requirements:
- 4 year degree and a minimum for 10 years experience in project management
discipline
-  PMP certification
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel (including use
of macros & pivot tables, etc.)
- Experience with Clarity, Cognos and TDM applications
- Experience at working both independently and in a cross functional
team-oriented environment is essential.
- Ability to assess and deliver appropriate level of detail and comfortable
interacting at all levels of the organization.
-  Understanding of technology concepts, trends, and capabilities.
-  Has an ability to understand people and systems, and an ability to know
what questions to ask to guide someone through solving a problem (without
knowing the subject matter).
-  Be communicative and social, assertive and enthusiastic
-  Must be able to facilitate discussion and discover alternatives or
different approaches
-  Puts others and their priorities first – a servant leader able to garner
respect from his/her team with the ability to influence positive
transformations.
 - Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including
upper management, vendors and other functional departments.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced,
dynamic working environment.

respectful, inclusive, direct, concise, patient.
-  Has an ability to understand people and systems, and an ability to know
what questions to ask to guide problem solving.
