Job Title : NAS Lead Location : Cranston, RI Duration : 3-6 Months Experience : 8+ years Skills : Netapp, Celeraa Unified storage and Isilon Extension Possible : Yes Job Description: At least 4-5 years of experience in NAS At least 4-5 years of experience in production support at L2, L3 Must have strong NAS technical skills and experience with Netapp, Celeraa Unified storage and Isilon Detailed knowledge of NAS migration techniques using EMCopy and IsiVol Must have had Project Management skills and lead team of snr level NAS storage SMEs Have demonstrated working to tight deadlines and budget Excellent end user communication skills and provision NAS shares Have good knowledge on CIFS, NFS host connectivity Must respond to Incidents and troubleshoot and manage NAS recovery steps Must be able to perform Knowledge transfer to IBM Global Services offshore team on NAS solutions and tools and SOPS Experience and understanding of in Production support and performance engineering.
