Position : Oracle Identity Management Admin with JIRA Location : Columbia, SC Duration : 6+ months *Skills and Responsibilities :* - We really need someone who can handle the basics of JIRA and OIM. - Primary responsibility of Production issues/defects and critical stoppages. - Maintain log of issues (JIRA). - Research and determine resolutions for all Production issues, defects and enhancements. - Monitor engineering and structural changes within OIM application. - Coordinate with dependent systems for testing, upgrades, cloning and problem resolutions. - Oversee maintenance of Confluence (or other system) documentation pertaining to OIM and Identity Management. - Ensure integration of OIM application and Identity Management processes with dependent systems for conformity and compliance with all UTS systems. - Direct the design, development and implementation of enhancements to the OIM application.(outside of OIM phase 2 design/development.) - Review and approve all enhancements or changes to the OIM Application and its usage. - This is to include all OIM Phase 2 development, currently underway. - Coordinate Release management and Code migration from Development to Test to Quality Assurance to Production. - Protect the access of OIM data to include the review and approval all requests for access to the OIM data, application, database and servers. - Maintain secure set of system passwords. - Interact with partner systems staff (Banner, Blackboard, Active Directory and PeopleSoft FMS and HCM) to ensure data integrity is maintained. - Direct and oversee the workload of the OIM Operations Team. - Supervise staff in the analysis, testing, and support the OIM application. - Report to management on the status of projects and enhancements.
