*Role: Performance Test LeadLocation: Philadelphia, PADuration: Long Term Contract* *Roles & Responsibilities*: The identified candidate will be responsible for Collect and analyze the performance test requirements by working collaboratively with the stakeholders Estimation for performance testing (both effort & schedule) along with dependencies. Creating performance test strategy / plan Conducting POC on various performance testing and monitoring tools and provide recommendation on effort & cost efficient options Create and execute performance test scripts. Collect client and server side performance metrics after the execution and report it to the stakeholders. *Experience & Exposure Expected*: 8+ years of performance testing experience, with exposure to performance testing tools such as Load runner, JMeter and performance monitoring/analysis tools such as dynatrace, splunk, sitescope. 2+ years of experience working in Agile environment Strong leadership and excellent communication skills. *Role Specific Specialized Skills*: Should have extensive experience in creating performance test strategy, creating performance test scripts, exposure to load runner and JMeter.
