Business analyst skills needed. - Designs and codes moderately complex software applications. - Strong analytical skills. - Design web sites and web based applications, particularly Classic ASP and asp.net (VB) - Plan, coordinate, and administer database systems, including base definition, structure, documentation, operational guidelines and protection. - Writes codes for database access, modifications, and constructions including stored procedures. - Developing the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools needed to migrate this data - Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent education and work experience is required. - Skills required in areas of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 such as Transact-SQL, SQL Reporting Services, Linked Servers, DTS/SSIS packages, SQL Agent jobs, - Familiarity with other RDBMS including Oracle, Sybase, Ingres, MySql - Other software the applicant should be familiar with include, Visual Studio .NET, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, and Excel), Windows Operating Systems, Windows Server Applications (IIS, Terminal Services), Active Directory. - Directs quality of entire systems ensuring that the systems meet the needs of the Business Unit through user acceptance testing. - Self starter, works well with others, excellent verbal and written communication skills - Manage time effectively, and work on multiple project timelines simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
