The responsibilities for this position will include but not be limited to: · Assessing the current state and recommending a future state technology solution architecture in Moility area ( IOS and Android) · Development of Solution Architecture with solution options including mobility solution · Recommending products to be conisdered for evaluation · Performing a product evaluation of short listed products based on specified test data requirements · Design selected solution · Have the ability to lead the development /configuration and implement the solution Note: Understands and identifies business and user goals through direct user observation and contextual interviews · Analyzes current workflow and information needs to develop the User Needs Matrix · Contributes to emerging hypotheses, estimation, project summaries and prioritization activities · - *Product Designer (1)* - Designing user interaction models, workflows and user interfaces - Integrating internal and external product design into a cohesive user experience - Creating prototypes and authoring detailed interaction specifications - Working with user experience researchers to design and observe usability studies - Translating usability and field research findings into design improvements - Working with visual designers to improve and refine product visual design and consistency - Successfully communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale *Business Analyst (1)* · The Business Analyst will be required to undertake the following activities: · a) Small Enhancements – assess change requests that arise from the business against the various applications. This includes understanding the underlying issue, the resulting requirement, and scoping the requirement to a level where it can then be passed to the build team for development. The supplier will be expected to work with developers in the build team (where necessary) to estimate the size of the change request. · b) Business Consultancy – the Design team are the customer facing side of the IT department. The supplier will be involved in meetings, workshops and discussion with customers to assist in forming projects and small enhancements as and when required. Additionally, the supplier will support the IT management in working with the senior management of the business units to define and agree their strategic and tactical IT requirements, in particular as part of the annual project prioritization process · c) The supplier will be expected to use standard business and systems analysis techniques and have skills that include:- · - Story boarding, swim lanes, workshop facilitation, interviewing for requirements gathering and extrapolation · - Production of use cases and user stories · - Exposure to both waterfall and agile development methods · - Ability to effectively communicate with IT management, senior project stakeholders, project team members and IT developers (mainly Mobility – IOS and Android). · - Previous experience of testing phases within the project lifecycle including test case definition, test coverage, hands on testing, defect management and reporting to stakeholders. · - - Worked in Vehicle Automotive industry is an added advantage · · To be flexible and able to adapt to changes in the relative priority of the projects within the portfolio, and therefore able to package progress on a given project in order that it can be resumed either by other resources and/or at a later stage once higher priority requirements have been addressed · · Co-ordinate the delivery of the business proposal, authoring & editing as required to ensure a successful review and acceptance of the document using BMW ITPM gateway process. This will include System Updates, Application upgrades, the building and deployment of systems in line with requirements. · Identify and resolve performance issues on any of servers.
