Check out the details below and let me know if you are interested Job Title: Project Analyst/Business Analyst 12 Months Contract Description: RESPONSIBILITIES: RAW MATERIAL DEVELOPMENT RATIO PILOT EXECUTION Daily data pulls out of FlexPLM. Perform data validation & formatting and uploading into Excel tracking charts Perform various troubleshooting activities: Data synchronization issues between FlexPLM and the tracking sheets Formula issues Corrupt files Re-training Building of initial tracking charts for upcoming seasons Retrofitting already approved enhancements to existing tracking charts QUALIFICATIONS: Technical Skills: Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel including demonstrated ability with Visual Basic, macros, formulas, pivot tables, formatting, & graphs Experience working with files on a file sharing service like LiveLink or SharePoint is preferred Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint to build a presentation based on Excel graphs & data is preferred Other Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization; ability to identify audience and flex communication style as appropriate Ability to manage issues and conflicts to resolution with composure Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong attention to detail Additional Details: MUST HAVE VISUAL BASIC CODING EXPERIENCE Mast - Operations and integration 1. What is the reason for the position (backfill, cover leave of absence, special project, FTE open headcount)? backfill contractor who got a FTE position at chase 2. Please provide background on the department and the team they will be working with. The Mast Global Operations & Integration team supports strategic initiatives for all of L Brands (Victoria's Secret, PINK, Bath & Body Works, La Senza, etc). For this project, we are supporting a new product development process (PDP). 3. What are some things that would stand out from candidates and what are some disqualifiers? Demonstrated experience with advanced Excel functionality (e.g. Visual Basic, macros, formulas, etc). Ability to communicate with our 'internal customers/users' in a supportive and friendly manner. Experience with FlexPLM software is a plus. Experience in apparel/lingerie raw material development would also be a bonus. 4. What is your timeline for reviewing, interviewing, and hiring a candidate? ASAP 5. What would a typical day workload look like? Pull data out of our FlexPLM system, format it, and load Excel tracking sheets. Fielding questions from end users and troubleshooting issues. Creating new Excel tracking templates and editing existing sheets with enhancements. 6. Would you consider a recent graduate? Doing emails, phone calls, follow up on template questions. End users are mostly in new york, won't be too much face to face communication, mostly over the phone.
