Title: SAP CRM Location: St. Louis, MO Duration: 12+ Months Rate: $55/hr on c2c Experience Required in Specific Skill: 5+ Years Total IT Experience: 10+ Years US Experience: 3 Years *Job Details:* *Good Experience with Business Partner functions in CRM and Data Mapping.* Configures implements, maintains and upgrades Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application modules (e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain Management). Analyzes user requirements to determine ERP system configuration and customization. Provides ongoing ERP system support. May be involved in the requirements definition and software vendor selection phase. Usually requires 10 to 15 years of previous experience. The responsibilities of this position are to define and develop a comprehensive data model for the SAP CRM system. The candidate must be able to take requirements and logical models and translate them into physical mapping to data structures and tables into the CRM system.. * * *Other responsibilities include:* • Work closely with the business and IT teams in refining any additional business requirements. • Research and resolve any technical data mapping challenges and document possible solutions. • Identify and document any gaps discovered during the data mapping exercise. • Provide estimates for various pieces of the project. • Help coordinate data cleanup activities within several different business and IT teams. *Required Skills/Experience: * • Must have at least 5+ years experience in the implementation of SAP CRM solutions and 10+ overall IT experience • Must have worked on at least two complete CRM project implementations. • Must have knowledge of CRM table structures as they relate to o business partner o contacts o agreements o campaign management o Interaction center • Must have functional and configuration experience with those same components of CRM • Experience writing (samples would be terrific) SAP design documents based on customer requirements. Clear and concise communication skills are extremely important. • Experience developing business partner models with both direct-to-consumer and dealer network business models • Must have experience working on large projects in a multi-team environment. • Experience aligning business partner hierarchies with transactional information from ECC. Desired skills/education/experience/attributes (ideal candidate): Certification and/or formal training in SAP CRM.--
