•          At least 8-10 years of experience in Fusion technical/Functional
Skills

•          Experience with Fusion HCM is required.

•          Should have delivered in technical role.

•          North American Payroll and Time and Labor module experience is
required.

•          Hands on experience in Integration broker and XML scripting
skills are required.

•          Must have strong communication skills and an ability to
communicate with all levels within the organization.

•          At least 3 years of experience in software development life
cycle.

•          At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities
on development and maintenance projects.

•          At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.

•          At least 3 years of experience in software development life
cycle.

•          Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder
environment

•          Experience to HCM domain

•          Analytical skills

•          Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

•          Experience in Taleo is preferred

Experience in documenting requirements and navigate among various SAS
systems

Profile Needed: Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Consultant with exposure in
implementing HCM Modules like HR, Payroll.

*Job Description*
1)      Mandatory knowledge of Oracle R12 and Fusion HR suite of products –
HCM including HR, Payroll
2)      Experience of implementing Fusion on Cloud will be an added plus
3)      Good command and domain knowledge on Human capital management,
HRMS, Payroll and talent management processes
4)      Good technical hands on experience in Fusion HR and Payroll
5)      Minimum relevant experience of 5+ years..
6)      Excellent communication skills, documentation skills. Will be
directly interfacing with senior business users and process owners.
7)      Ability to work closely with the onshore and offshore team and
interact with the client business and IT teams on a daily basis.
