Looking for a Citrix Administrator to administer new projects and maintain
the operation, support and maintenance of global Remote Access Services. In
this role, you will also be accountable for the existing technologies
including monitoring, capacity planning, support and performance management
of the Remote Access Services portfolio.



*MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE*

·         Strong Citrix experience in deploying, implementing, and
supporting Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, and Provisioning Services

·         Multiple years of experience consisting of any or combination of
the following: XenApp/XenDesktop, StoreFront, Provisioning Services, and
EdgeSight

·         Knowledge surrounding network and storage configurations related
to Citrix virtualization

·         Microsoft Server OS install, configuration and troubleshooting

·         Server virtualization hypervisor administration in an enterprise
environment to include one of the following VMware, XenServer or HyperV

·         Experience with Microsoft Visio to capture and document existing
and new environments

·         Ability to adapt to both support and project work



*SKILLS/EXPERIENCE*

·         Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA-V)

·         Extensive knowledge of ITIL best practices

·         Multiple years of experience in enterprise environments with
complex remote access options, Microsoft OS servers and Citrix product
suite

·         Experience working with organizational change
management/leadership and process change management

·         Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly

·         Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in
parallel

·         Strong customer service orientation, business acumen and a bias
for action



*RESPONSIBILITIES*

·         Remote Access Services highest point of escalation Level 3.

·         Stay abreast to new Citrix technologies with training and
whitepapers.

·         Document engineering and build process of existing and new
implantations.

·         Build and maintain Citrix lab to ensure testing of hot fixes and
service packs.

·         Build and maintain service books for service offering.
