Qualifications: - Must know Cognos 10 (Cognos 8.4 is not enough at this point). - Basic knowledge of SQL Server 2012 or higher (at least ability to query data from the databases and troubleshoot data issues). - Good troubleshooting / QA skills. - Great customer-facing skills - Ability to work with different teams (contractors / feds). - Ability to work independently and deliver without much guidance / documentation from the customer.
