MSTR SDK framework (3+yrs)

WebSphere J2EE deployment, tuning, administration
Minimum requirements for the candidate:

5+yrs in SDK frameworks, track record in OOTB customizations via SDK/API...
IDEAL for ongoing SDK/WEB developer:
Loadrunner (3yrs)
Websphere/web server performance tuning (5 yrs)
MSTR web performance tuning
