Healthcare, hospital, privacy, and HIPAA policy analysis experience *Responsibilities: * Interact professionally with business representatives of stakeholder organizations from across the Massachusetts healthcare community on all aspects of the program Coordinate review cycles with business users during all phases of the projects Document business requirements and participate in their development Review and provide feedback on the software provider’s documentation and deliverables, including Business Requirements, Business Process Models, Use Cases, Gap Analyses, Gap Closure Strategies, Design Specifications, Requirements Traceability Matrices, Risk Assessments, Test Plans, Implementation Guides, and User Training Guides Develop test strategies, test scenarios and test cases Execute tests, review results and sign off on tested components Identify and track system defects Design and develop operational workflows, roll out strategies and cutover plans Support the development of end-user training materials and end-user documentation as required. Write and/or enhance Change Requests *Skills and Experience* Excellent writing, speaking, and interpersonal skills Healthcare IT experience with HIE and EHR system knowledge Expert knowledge in HL7, CCDA, XML and other healthcare IT processing.
