** *Location : - New York, NY* ** *Job Description* * Assist the Database Hosting Platform (DHP) Product Manager with the analysis, documentation and implementation of the processes required for the introduction and ongoing operation of DHP. These include but are not limited to: Provisioning and Patch Management, Capacity and performance Management, Inventory, Reporting, Billing and Forecasting. 1. In coordination with Regional Deploy & Operate teams (RDO), design, document and implement the following processes for the Database Hosting Platform - Provisioning of hosts and database instances - Lifecycle management of host and databases - Capacity measurement, utilization reporting and forecasting 2. In coordination with Finance and Purchasing groups, design, document and implement the following processes for DHP - Inventory & Billing - Purchase & Order Fulfillment 3. Produce presentations and metrics for regular DHP stakeholder communications and meetings 4. Assist in updating and maintaining product definitions and service levels as well as developing future products and service models.
