This includes HRIS related communications that are rolled out and training on the system for end users · Main point of contact with our Workday partner, as needed · Manage existing payroll integrations, and assist with other integrations as needed · Provide Workday systems administration - reconfiguration of existing processes, integrations, domain security, reporting, dashboards, user interface, provide support to users, etc. · No dashboards are set up at this time (plan is to get these set up), and this consultant can help in this process if experienced to do so · Maintain organization structures, compensation plans, job profiles, grades data and other systems data as required. · Workday reporting upon request; may include developing new reports or running existing reports · Review all new releases and recommend changes based on new functionality; create communication/training materials.
