*Role and Responsibilities:*

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the administration and
continuous improvement of Salesforce for all stakeholders, including Sales,
Marketing, Accounting, and all other internal teams utilizing the platform.
All requests for SFDC administration comes via Jira system where end users
describe what specific help they are looking for. The requests can range
from activities such as creating new users, troubleshooting existing email
notifications workflow, uploading data, modifying triggers, adding some
rules, installing new apps, modifying profiles, etc. Some of additional
tasks are mentioned below:

•                    Daily administration and support of the Salesforce.com

•                    Understand Salesforce structure including objects,
field security, page layout and field data type

•                    Understand Salesforce complex workflow rules, data
validation, and triggers

•                    Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to
continuously monitor data quality and integrity and assist users with
report design and management

•                    Bulk Uploading data using Apex Data Loader and
deployment using various tools within SFDC

•                    Work with global team to log and track identified
system problems through to resolution

•                    Technical administration and support Salesforce
platform

•                    Salesforce development knowledge is highly preferable

•                    Experience in Salesforce Customizations (APEX
triggers, APEX Classes etc.) will be advantageous

*Requirement:*

•                    2-5 years of previous experience in implementing and
configuring Salesforce.com

•                    Solid understanding of and detailed experience with
Salesforce.com architecture

•                    In-depth understanding of the capabilities and
constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with good understanding of
the business processes (Sales, Marketing, etc.)

•                    Administration of the Salesforce environment
including: customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings,
sharing rules, custom applications, custom objects, custom fields, page
layouts, workflow, validation rules, dashboards, reports, and so on.

•                    Strong verbal/written communication and data
presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with
both business and technical teams

•                    Ability to work independently
