Need local to NY, NJ & PA In-Person Required QA Lead Duration 6 Months+ Philadelphia, PA Required Skills: Solid understanding of the testing lifecycle; e.g. unit testing, smoke testing, regression testing, etc. * Define and execute testing strategies. Work with developers to define software validation, write/maintain test plans, test cases and perform functional and regression testing. * Review requirements documents and create test plan for application releases. Provide input into required test data and test environments. * Follow guidelines defined in the test plan to ensure quality of release. Record issues in issue tracking software. Work closely with Development teams to prioritize issues. * Experience testing web applications in the Windows environment & test procedures. Should be able to write test case scenarios, execute test steps, and record testing results. * Proficiency in creating the Test Plans, Project estimates, and Status reports. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
