*Please send resumes to **prave...@hclglobal.com* <prave...@hclglobal.com> *Role: Microsoft Dynamics CRM* *Location: Lansing MI* *Duration: Long Term* *Rate: $65/hr on C2C* *“State Experience Highly Preferred” * *Looking for GC and USC* *Note: For H1 While submitting I need consultant I 797 OR ID Proof.* *Skills Required* The Application Software Engineer must have the following skills and expertise: • Application Software Engineer with 8 or more years of demonstrable working experience in application analysis and software design including implementing of medium-to-large scale web-based systems and applications. • The ability to work with a technical team and business experts in: • analysis and design of complex applications, • Development, testing, debugging and Implementation of the CRM Dynamic applications. • Ability to execute and validate test plans for applications, • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Detail oriented and able to quickly absorb and apply key aspects of the project • Able to function effectively in a fast paced work environment • Able to handle multiple priorities • Able to deliver against deadlines with reasonable accuracy • Good interpersonal skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Able to effectively deal successfully with a large variety of management personnel and users • Capability of giving attention to detail while still understanding and dealing with the global aspects of the project *Skills Preferred* The Application/Software Engineer is preferred to have the following skills and expertise: • Ability to conduct training & information sessions, communicate at a level appropriate to the audience, make oral and written reports and presentations. • Experience with Team Foundation Server • Knowledgeable on ITIL • Ability to track and trace requirement utilizing a requirements tractability matrix. *Experience Required* The Application Software Engineer must have the following experience: • Application Software Engineer with 8 or more years of demonstrable working experience in application analysis and software design including implementing of medium-to-large scale web-based systems and applications. • Experience working with a technical team and business experts in: • analysis and design of complex applications, • Development, testing, debugging and Implementation of the CRM Dynamic applications. • Ability to execute and validate test plans for applications, • Five years’ experience acting as the Key interface between business users and technical staff • Five years’ experience responding to a customer issues/concerns, providing detailed feedback and resolution *Experience Preferred* The Application Software Engineer is preferred to have the following experience and expertise: • Minimum two years’ experience, working with SQL in an enterprise environment. *Education Required* This position requires a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. *Education Preferred* This position prefers a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
