We have more than 100 candidates on W2/H1 and an internal marketing team handles them. We have a third party business divison to recruit 3rd party candidates for our preferred vendor and client's requirements, which is growing steadily. For this team, we are looking for Account Managers, Lead Recruiters, and Sr. IT Technical Recruiters. Location: Offshore office: Hyderabad, India. Salary: Based on your capabilities Required: HONESTY and INTEGRITY Well versed with US recruitment operations and procedures. Knowledge across the breadth of IT terms and technologies. Ability to identify, qualify, process and followup potential candidates Ability to create, post job requirements on portals and search suitable candidates. Remarkable coordination skills with candidates, vendors, clients & management. Knowledge of US locations, timezones, culture, professional culture, accent etc. Very good fluency in spoken and written English. High energy levels. Preferred: Ability to identify, propose, build and maintain relationships with preferred vendors and end-clients.
