*Project Manager need:*
Senior project manager to manage an estimated $3 plus million PeopleSoft
Upgrade project for Cargill’s HR Organization
*Estimated PM time:*
50% Feb thru April
100% May 2010 thru June 2011
*Level of PM:*
Senior PM/Project Manager IV
Preferred supplier definition below:
*Project Manager IV*
§ Leadership and mentorship of the current project management staff
(30%)
§ Defines project objectives and scope and plans the course of
action required (20%)
§ Integrates people and other resources to carry out the project
management plan for the project (20%)
§ Regularly measures and monitors project progress (15%)
§ Accountable for the delivery of project (15%)
§ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
§ Must have 10 years or more experience in Project Management
§ Demonstrates negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder
management skills
§ Cost/quality/schedule controls
§ Strong written/verbal communication skills
§ Strategic thinking/problem solving
§ Proven team leadership / coaching / mentoring
§ Relationship building at all levels and cross-function / platform
§ Must be able to use a word-processing and project management tool
(MS Project). Must have experience with computer presentation tools.
*Requirements
*Experience managing a PeopleSoft HCM (Human Capital Management) upgrade for
a large corporation
PeopleSoft functional knowledge in Payroll, Benefits and Learning Management
Project management experience managing a $2 million or greater I/T project
with 10 or more resources
Experience working with a vendor implementation

Technical knowledge in PeopleSoft HCM
