These programs are designed to help people directly affected by Superstorm Sandy achieve permanent, sustainable housing solutions. This solicitation is for assistance with developing data sharing, analytics and reporting. The scope of services to be performed by the selected individual includes: Work closely under the direction of the Project Manager and Technology manager with stakeholders from DoITT, the Mayor’s Office and other city agencies including managers, line employees, and IT staff. Gather and document business requirements Identify and define functional requirements Work closely with the application architect to define the solution Design and develop front-end components to simplify the development of complex interactions Review meeting minutes and ensure the follow ups are conducted in a timely manner MANDATORY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: Note At least 8 years of experience in business analysis including or supplemented by project planning and implementation experience. Excellent communication and writing skills Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript, jQuery, jQuery UI, Experience using design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Ability to create management presentations and status reports Strong sense of ethics and professionalism.
