*Description:*

The high level scope of the GRD Replacement project is highlighted below:
•    Consultant will collect information and produce “as-is” GRD system and
data model documentation necessary to inform Phase 1
•    Consultant will elicit from stakeholders and document functional and
non-functional requirements sufficient to inform Phase 1 decisions, but not
necessarily to implement selected solution
•    Consultant will research, articulate and document proposed high level
system architecture, process designs and high level data models necessary
to inform Phase 1 decisions
•    Based on the requirements identified in phase 1, consultant will
recommend industry best practices for meeting the requirements with sample
solution options

*Deliverables:*

Stakeholder matrix
Project plan
Phase 1 baseline schedule
Deliverables list
Phase 1 Quality plan, including definition of Done
Project Decisions, Issues and Risks log
Updated system diagrams or documentation (at the level of completeness and
accuracy needed to inform future design and implementation needs)
Updated ETL and system administration diagrams or documentation (at the
level of completeness and accuracy needed to inform future design and
implementation needs)
Updated data flow diagrams or documentation (at the level of completeness
and accuracy needed to inform future design and implementation needs)
Epics and Backlog; Possibly select user stories
OR
Technical and business requirements lists, indicating priority
(Must/Should/Nice to Have(Could)/Won’t Have)
Solution Assumptions log
Solution Decisions and Issues log
For each of the following, associate requirements that Proposed Solution
satisfies and expected risks.
Proposed System diagrams and documentation of key features, specs and
