I have a position for the below requirement, please do reply me to *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *IMMEDIATE NEED* *Position: Oracle FUSION HCM Payroll Functional Consultant * *Location: Pleasanton, CA * *Duration: Long Term* *Relevant Experience (Yrs): *10+ years with end-to end implementation experience in HR Domain (Preferably PeopleSoft) with 2+ years of implementation experience in Fusion NA Payroll. *Technical/Functional Skills:* Ability to conduct sessions with users to gather integration requirements, develop functional designs and coordinate with technical teams for the delivery of the same testing, training and supporting UAT cycles. *Experience Required: *Oracle Fusion HCM experience in modules - Core HR, NA Payroll · End-to-End implementation expertise in Fusion · Experience in implementation of NA Payroll in Fusion Apps · Implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, Benefits · Strong Knowledge on Fusion Functional Setup Manager. · Deep Experience on Payroll related business processes. · Good knowledge on Fusion Application Security · Knowledge in Data Masking (Desirable) · Ability to map Business processes in Fusion Application. · Experience in conducting proof-of-concept, CRPs, developing prototypes and building reference models · Good Communication and status reporting with customer · Effective coordination with multiple technical and support team · Work with the development staff to determine project requirements for test/production environments · Reports progress and activity to project leader and/or manager on a continuing basis · Commitment to delivering a high quality work product *Roles & Responsibilities: * · This role will involve working with the project team from various tracks like PMO, functional, Development & Architect, Infrastructure and Testing teams · Work with IT and Business management to evaluate complex user requirements · Propose solution to the customer for best fit of functional requirements · Design document and solution document preparation · Configure the application to implement business requirements · End User Training · Experience in conducting proof-of-concept, developing prototypes and building reference models · Perform parallel testing in payroll environment -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
