Please do let me know if you have any suitable candidates for the same. *VISA Authorization copy OR LinkedIn ID is must to submit….* *System Admin (VMware/SAN/Cloud/Office 365)* *Sunnyvale, CA* *6+ months contract* *$50-52/hr c2c* *Senior Systems Administrator* We are currently seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to assist in managing our corporate production servers and engineering lab environment, a significantly VMware-based virtual environment plus cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and Office 365. Responsibilities will include installation, configuration and maintenance of MS Active Directory infrastructures, MS Exchange, Domino, and configuration and management of storage and operating system environments. This position will act as liaison between the corporate IT and engineering departments. Aligning the needs of engineering with the security and reliability standards of the corporate IT infrastructure. Additionally you may be called upon to assist with day to day corporate IT duties and tasks. *Responsibilities include:* · Architect, monitor, and maintain systems infrastructure supporting business-critical services. · Research and evaluate new technologies, hardware, and software for use in the engineering lab environment. · Assist Engineers in duplicating complex customer environments and reproducing issues. · Assist Engineers in maintaining and configuring production systems. · Maintain VMware environment utilizing EMC SANs for testing Good Technology software products. · Maintain AWS, Azure, and Office365 cloud services for corporate and lab environments · Provide software, Windows/Linux lab support, setting up and maintaining items such as Active Directory Domains, Exchange, and Network traffic generation. · Identify and streamline inefficient programs and deployments. · Work closely with Engineering and IT members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis, design, and development of quality technical solutions that are in alignment with the business and IT enterprise strategies and architectural standards. *Educational Requirements:* · BS in Computer Science or related field, or at least 5 years of equivalent industry experience and/or certifications. *Required Skills & Experience:* · Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, email protocols, DNS, DHCP. · Experience supporting production systems, maintaining setup configuration, ensuring ongoing data integrity. · Experience with AWS, Azure, or Office 365 is preferred. · Experience with SAN and NAS technologies. · Support Windows, Linux, and MAC OS servers running in production environments. · Troubleshoot and quickly resolve system and application issues. · 5+ years of experience supporting server and application infrastructure. · Ability to function independently with minimal supervision. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate business requirements into complex technical set-ups and concepts. *Thanks & Regards,* Alex Rodriguez Talent Acquisition Manager Data Group Inc.
