*SAP HR Consultant // East Hanover, NJ // 6 Months Contract*
Title           : SAP HR Project Manager
Location     : East Hanover, NJ
Duration     : 6 Months Contract

Candidate Profile and Experience Prerequisites:
• *At least 4+ years of project managment experience is required.
*• Experience with system integration, content and/or contact management
implementation projects, a plus, but not required.
• Experience with open source solutions, web development, and both
traditional and SAP HR development methodologies, would also be preferred.
• Can demonstrate a record of creating and managing detailed organizational
systems, and coordinating projects across a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Operates effectively, and with a sense of possibility, in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment.
• High sense of urgency with ability to drive results.
• Solid knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
• Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and have exceptional writing
and communicating skills.
• An internal consultant mindset, with proven experience and mastery of this
approach is essential
• Ability to bridge communication amongst technical and non-technical
project staff and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
• Strong presentation skills to all levels of leadership with proven
expertise in managing meetings, presentations, and design sessions. Includes
coordination of regular project and ad-hoc meetings and working sessions.
• Risk assessment, negotiation and problem resolution skills.

Academic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree is required, an advanced degree is a plus

Project Mager for Global implimentation of SAP HR
Project manager for a full lifecycle global SAP HR implementation
(configuration of OM/PA modules)
Ability to lead HR business resources through process analysis, arriving at
the standardization of disparate processes to a single global process
Experience with a change management methodology a must
Experience with HR processes a must
Experience with SAP HR module highly desirable.
Stakeholer analysis, communication planning, communication execution
Training planning (who needs to be trained on what processes/systems)
Ability to estimate costs of process change (as different from the system
changes/customization)
Issues management
Steering team management and presentation
Budget preparation and tracking
International experience a plus
Lead multiple sub teams (Technology, Processes, Change Management)
Experience with offshore development a plus.
