Here is the job description: Title: Sr. Scrum Master Location: Denver, Colorado Project Duration: 4 months Requirement Details: Consultant Position: Senior Scrum Master Description: Provide expert guidance, oversight, training and project management for a strategic project, applying the Scrum agile software development methodology. Requirements: . Certified Scrum Master (preferably trained by Rally, but not required). 2+ years experience managing projects using the Scrum software development methodology. Experience developing and managing 4-6 week sprints. Experience on medium to large projects (3+ months, 2+ teams, 25+ people) utilizing Scrum. Experience transitioning a company from traditional Waterfall software development to Scrum. Experience managing client and consultant/contractor resources. Experience training both internal IT staff and Business Users on the Scrum software development methodology . Experience tailoring Scrum to match specific project/client requirements. 10+ years experience. MIS degree or equivalent. PMP Certification (preferred, not required but must have equivalent experience and knowledge). Demonstrated leadership skills and experience. Demonstrated communication skills and experience delivering communications in writing and verbally to multiple employee levels, from developer to business user to company executives . Experience with Rally software tool (preferred, not required but must have knowledge of similar tools (e.g. Burn Down Charts, etc.) .
