*Client requires Usc or GC* Length: 3 months to start – based on performance will extend long term 12+months Location: Washington, DC The HRIS Business Systems Analyst works closely with our internal HR partners on existing projects and emerging projects to provide in- depth analysis of their information technology needs. She/he gathers business, functional, and technical requirements performing needed testing and research to support software solutions. The HRIS Business Systems Analyst will also lead or assists other projects as a team member, ensuring research, testing, documentation, and successful implementations of said projects. The incumbent will take a results oriented approach to resolving critical challenges by bringing solutions to fruition. This role requires a combination of business acumen, technical expertise and effective project management. *Skills Required:* *Perform analysis and gather requirements; creating, configuring, customizing and maintain requirements for the various applications and integrations. Document business rules, document new data requirements, including characteristics, size, edits and defaults.
