Location: Philadelphia, PA* (Phone then face/face)* Duration: 12-36 months+ *3+ years of build or deployment engineering experience* *Experience developing applications, working with databases, Maven, Nexus and Java/Scala based Web Service APIs* Experience working in an iterative based development environment using Agile/SCRUM or Kanban Familiarity and experience in Java programming technologies on Linux-based platforms Strong oral and written communication skills Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of build or deployment engineering experience Experience developing applications, working with databases, maven, nexus and Java/Scala based web service APIs Understanding of relevant software development tools including version control, build processes, debuggers, and test frameworks Ability to work independently with limited supervision Strong knowledge of Source Code Control Systems: Subversion, Git/Gerrit Linux OS proficiency a plus. Familiarity and experience in Java / Scala programming technologies on Linux-based platforms Experience with continuous integration and deployment practices.
