*Job Details:*

Expectation is to help guide OCD in their SABA support journey and provide
consultancy in standing up SABA On LMS


•  MUST have SABA Experience / Administration

•  Business as well Technical Support - all levels

•  Interface between Vendor, Business, End User

•  Provide 24x7 support post release and emergency needs

•  Must do L1 helpdesk

•  Create support tickets with Saba and resolve; engage with other IT
groups as needed to resolve issues, eg, networking, HRIT team for interface
issues

•  Participate in quarterly update evaluations and impact

•  Implement new features as directed by the business; write and execute
test scripts/system testing

•  Communicate with SABA vendor and internal business

•  Participate on training governance team meeting
