This is a HOT ONE Salesforce Functional Developer LOCATION Houston, TX 6-12 Months Contract Please note the manager is looking for a Salesforce FUNCTIONAL developer who is more functional than technical. The ideal candidate would be a Salesforce "admin" (functional developer) with a concentration as a business analyst. 2+ yrs. of experience, this is not a senior level position. A Good developer will be heavier on the function side. 70% Functional and 30% Individual must clearly list BA responsibilities/Skills in resume (NOTE, they should not have the title of a BA) 100% onsite role. No working remote. A good SALEFORCE FUNCTIONAL developer will evaluate and design out solutions. Minimize as much customizations as possible. Understand sales processes and come up to solutions to problems using platform as is. This role is more administrative or functional instead of technical but has high likelihood to grow into both.
