Location: MI Duration: 6 Months + ******Must have good communication skills and interview in-person ******** * The Senior SharePoint Engineer is an individual that has full-lifecycle software engineering experience on the Microsoft platform, including experience specifically involved with Microsoft SharePoint Products and Technologies (MOSS and/or WSS). Senior SharePoint engineers deliver the bulk of the installation, configuration and occasionally programming tasks within a SharePoint implementation project team. These individuals must be at an expert level with MOSS, WSS, and SQL Server. Design and documentation of the appropriate SharePoint solution based on information architecture, taxonomy analysis and the customer¿s functional and non-functional requirements is also large job responsibility. A Senior SharePoint Engineer will design, package, implement and integrate new MOSS and WSS solutions, including the creation of processes that can be utilized for easily repeatable installations. Responsibilities would also include testing and validate the solutions before delivery, providing support and consultancy to site owners, provide level 2 and 3 support, diagnose and resolve infrastructure, application, configuration, code level technical support issues.
