*• Experience in Seibel pricing application testing. •Experience in Oracle apps Order to cash cycle with Primary as “Pricing” module knowledge, also the candidate who has P2P & automation testing knowledge will be given high preference* •Ability to understand business requirement and write test scenario, test plan and test cases. Also should be capable of executing test scripts, test result preparation, test defect creation and resolution. *•Should have experience and hands-on experience in testing the Interfaces, Conversions, OBIEE reports and extension • Should have techno-functional knowledge in Oracle ERP P2P modules including pricing.* • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and succinctly, complex design and technical issues, as well as business and product requirements • Strong presentation and documentation skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with matrix reporting structure. *Experience Required:* *• Hands-on experience in Oracle apps Order to cash cycle with Primary as “Pricing” module along with Seibel application knowledge, also the candidate who has P2P & automation testing knowledge will be given high preference •Hands-on experience on PL/SQL. Should be capable enough to write basic queries. • Ability to understand business requirement and write test scenario, test plan and test cases. Also should be capable of executing test scripts, test result preparation, test defect creation and resolution. • Must have hands-on experience in HP- Quality Center 10.0 or ALM test management tool.* • Should have experience and hands-on experience in testing the Interfaces, Conversions, OBIEE reports and extensions • Experience in a large and complex enterprise environment • Experience with data conversations from multiple applications • Solid understanding of software development life cycle including change management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills • Working well in a collaborative, team environment as well as independently • Strong problem solving and team player skills. *Roles & Responsibilities:* •Analyze the BRD document and work with Business users /multiple vendors/legacy application owners on developing the Test strategy, Test scenarios, Test cases etc. •Have to work with various legacy applications which involves multiple level of testing across various applications •Have to understand the complex business process quickly and assist business testers on all aspects to complete the application testing. •Should prepare the daily metrics on test execution and defects from HP Quality center. •To end to end ownership of testing for the components assigned to the associate and deliver the output as per schedule. Have to work individually on the assigned tasks without any supervision. • Analyzes the feasibility of the new system and ensures the system design fits with need of Business. • Defines level of user system authorization and access for new system/application • Identifies opportunities for improving testing processes and automate the test cases • Plans, organizes and conducts Testing processes reengineering/improvement. *Generic Managerial Skills:* • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel • Ability to liaise with multi-vendor , multi geography groups to align all to meet Project goals • Ability to coordinate with large Project teams onsite and offshore. • Ability to clearly articulate project updates, technical inputs/concerns. • Coordinate with leads and cross vendor teams in case of dependencies, issues in order to resolve any impasse.
