Position : IBM Tivoli Storage Administrator Location : Columbia, MO Duration : 6+ Months *NEED Green Card / US Citizens Onl**y* *Required Skills and Experience :* - Five (5) years of experience as a Senior TSM Administrator, Storage Engineer, Systems Administrator, or related. - Five (5) years of experience must include utilizing TSM, ATL, VTL, AIX, Linux, Solaris, Windows, SAN, NAS, IP networking and routing, Perl/Bash, and ITCS104 audit/security compliance and risk management. - Apply expert analysis to support complex problem and change tickets and significant project tasks for client server support operations, which may span multiple service lines. - Assess situation to identify client problem with latitude to deviate from established processes and procedures. - Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) - Required certifications are: TSM 6.3 deployment - Must have fluent English speaking skills to interface with PMs and customer - Must have excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with other teams, account team, PMs, peers and customer - Prefer someone with prior IBM experience who can come up to speed quickly - Prefer someone with prior experience with IBM processes such as problem and change management - Prefer someone who has experience in TwinStrata, Softlayer, and/or Idera.
