Job Description: Job Title: Sr Business Analyst Location: NJ Duration: 6 Months Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in information systems 5-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Expert level experience with enterprise business solutions such as Siebel, Oracle Solution suite and etc. Relies on experience and judgment to work with different stakeholder, plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
