Day 2 Day operations support and working with business users to resolve the
issues, Bug Fixes for the issues/incidents reported, Code fixes. Adhere to
ITIL process and follow the security standards. Meet the SLAs and
Complainces. Report weekly and monthly SLA and other metrics.
*Competencies :*
SAP CO : Controlling, SAP FI : Financial Accounting
*Essential Skills:*
SAP FI/CO : Functional: 10+ year of core SAP FICO experience along with a
strong knowledge in SAP PS-Project Systems Functional experience with
integration of FICO with SD Experience with core New GL,AP, AR, CO, Classic
GL, taxes, CO-PCA Profit Center Accounting, CO-CCA Cost Center Accounting,
and CO-PC product costing Technical: Help design/test RICEFW that utilize
SAP ABAP, PI, iDoc and integration with other modules. Hands on experience
with 3-5 implementation projects Has experience in working in 2-3
Support/Maintenance Projects.
