Looking for IBM BPM Developer/Lead in

BPM Developer (Lombardi)



*Job Description:*

·         At least one full implementation of IBM BPM (at least one in
7.5.1). Should be conversant with IBM Blueworks. Knowledge on Workflow
Management BPM/BAM concepts. Good understanding & ability to work hands on
IBM BPM (coding/design/debugging). Overall understanding of the enterprise
architecture & application design . Understand the business process and
technical requirements and translate to process models. Strong
understanding of entire development process, specification and
documentation Knowledge of Web sphere MQ and Message broker (configuring
MQ, developing broker flows, deployment to broker.

·         Work with the Solution/BPM Architect to come up with the
Application/Integration low level design. Assist in preparation of the
design document and implementation of the business process .Incorporate
code reviews feedback & adhere to functional and technical requirements .
Integration Services, Rules, Processes, Dashboards, etc.

·         Hands-on experience on IBM BPM Basic Administration Ability to
operate DDL, DML commands, write basic-intermediate SQL procedures (good to
have) Analysis skills to conceptualize workflows and translate them into
BPMN specification BPM Lead (Lombardi) At least Two full implementation of
IBM BPM (at least one in 7.5.1). Should be conversant with IBM Blueworks.
