Please find the below our *direct client requirement* and please send me your consultants resume to *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Title: HRIS Business AnalystLocation: **West Peterson Ave Chicago, IL* *Duration: 12 Months* BASIC FUNCTION The HRIS Business Analyst is responsible for the configuration, implementation, maintenance, security, and overall direction of the PeopleSoft HRMS. This position is also responsible for audit procedures, system enhancements, consistent methodology, issue resolution processes, system-wide reporting, special ad hoc reporting, user training, and general assistance. This position will also assist with HR related interfaces and functional support. Success in this role will be recognized by consistently stable day-to-day operations, customer satisfaction, and the incumbent’s ability to grow with the job and improve the way we use Human Resources technology. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ¬Maintains and supports PeopleSoft 9.0 HRMS system ¬Manages the process for generating and closing annual performance review forms ¬Provides system support to all HR users to resolve system issues and address system changes to support business needs; mainly HR, eApps, and Workflow ¬Assists in the evaluation of new functionality and participates in the implementation of additional modules in PeopleSoft HCM and demonstrates creative use of application without modification to meet business requirements ¬Creates functional documentation and specifications for software configuration and customizations ¬Documents all processes, workflows, and related system activities. Publishes documentation on Share Point site for user access. ¬Identifies issues that require more attention and works to resolve issues based on an understanding of the business problem being solved ¬Develops system test plans, ensures software quality assurance (SQA) standards are achieved, and validates that business goals are accomplished ¬Troubleshoots PeopleSoft HCM production issues ¬Maintains knowledge of system settings and their impact to all users of the system and identifies inter-dependencies with other tasks / applications ¬Creates meaningful metrics for key system functionality, opportunities for improvement/innovation, user needs assessments, compliance, and other usage related processes ¬Acts as a key resource and support person for HR local administrators and centers of excellence ¬Focuses on results, not just activities ¬Focuses on creative efforts to facilitate improvement and/or effect change ¬Considers a broad range of internal/external factors when making best practice decisions, recognizes strategic opportunities for success, and shares "best practices" to promote good employee relations across company.
