Developer with Power builder 12.5 @ FL* with below Skill matrix.

*Specification of needed skill sets*
Minimum *seven (7) years* of Client/Server experience in using *PowerBuilder
version 12.5* or higher
Minimum *five (5) years* of programming experience using *Oracle version 10*
or higher
*PL/SQL (Packages, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions)*
*Required experience/ skills/ knowledge (software/ hardware/ project, etc)*
Strong in PowerBuilder 12.5 or higher, with experience in large
applications including the ability to design, develop, program, test and
implement PowerBuilder applications.
· Strong in Oracle 11g or higher, DDL/DML, PL-SQL/T-SQL knowledge
in stored procedures, functions, performance tuning of SQL code, well
versed in TOAD
· Must have experience working with large Oracle databases, data
import export to PDF,Excel and text files. Must have knowledge of ANSI-SOL
standards.
· Strong understanding of a Utility Billing system
· TFS 2008/2010, Version Control, Merging, Task handling and
documenting, Defect Resolution
*Preferred but not required experience/ skills/ knowledge*
· Exposure to Utilities Industry is a plus, including Account,
Billing, Customer, Financial
· Reporting, Meter Reading System Interfaces, Service Location,
Services and Service Order Management.
· Excellent communication skills and documentation, ability to work
successfully alone or in a team environment; ability to complete
assignments on time and accurately
· Excellent customer service skills, ability to interface with
users to define and document system requirements and modifications.
· Experience with applying and understanding the application life
cycle, ability to perform business analysis, application design, unit
testing and documentation.
· Working knowledge of software development methodology, design and
development.
· Preferred knowledge of Reporting Tools, Crystal Reports 2008 and
above
· TFS 2008/2010, Branching, Builds Queuing, TFS Task Estimation,
web application. Deployment and understanding of Application Change Control.
· Knowledge of .Net Framework 4.0 using VB.Net/C#, object oriented
concepts, ASP.Net page life cycle, Windows Forms.
