*Role summary:*

This position is the  Enterprise Infrastructure Email and Messaging
Solutions Team.  Strong Microsoft Exchange skills are must for this
position.  Additional technical and soft skills are required and are
specified in the Required Skills section below.

*Primary Responsibilities*

·         Serve as an Enterprise Email Team member, responsible for the
support and implementation of Microsoft Exchange Servers.

·         Provide level 3 support for the current Monsanto desktop mail
system (Outlook 2007), Exchange, and all SMTP based services.

·         Provide support for email compliance system (Symantec Enterprise
Vault).

·         Support Blackberry Enterprise Server, Good Technology and Afaria
mobility solution.

·         Participate in incident, problem, and change management
processes.  Review and monitor incident management, incident escalation,
and incident resolution issues.

·         Track Email metrics to assure that service level objectives are
met.

·         Provide technical support for all SMTP-based Email systems
globally.

·         Resolve complex Email administrative and support issues.

·         Develop knowledge of the infrastructure required to provide Email
services.

·         Monitor Microsoft Exchange, Blackberry, Good Technology and
Windows Mobile systems to facilitate proper performance and perform
diagnostics as needed.

·         Develop, implement, and document configuration standards,
policies, and procedures for operating, managing, and ensuring the security
of the messaging infrastructure.

·         Provide on-call support for Enterprise Email Systems globally.





*Required Skills/Experience*



·         Expert knowledge of the infrastructure required to provide email
services.

·         Experience in the area of Exchange 2010.

·         Minimum 5 years experience in the area of Microsoft Exchange
(2003 and 2007).

·         Minimum 3 years experience managing a large enterprise email
environment (more than 10,000 users).

·         BlackBerry Enterprise Server, Good Technology, Symantec Backup
Exec.

·         Strong knowledge and in-depth understanding of Active Directory.

·         Working knowledge of Antivirus Software such as Trend ScanMail
and Server Protect.

·         Working knowledge of Windows Server 2003 and familiar with
Windows Server 2008.

·         Working knowledge of hardware platforms.

·         PowerShell Scripting

·         Expert at root cause analysis, problem solving, and resolution.

·         Strong interpersonal, team, negotiation, communication, and
customer service skills.
