*Please send resumes to **[email protected]* <[email protected]> *Role: Project Manager – Mobile* *Location: **White Plains, NY* *Duration: 6+ months* *Rate: $70* *“State Experience Highly Preferred” * *Looking for GC and USC* *Note: For H1 While submitting I need consultant I 797 OR ID Proof.* *Major Purpose of Job* Implementation of a mobile strategy including the establishment of a Mobile Center of Excellence (MCoE), and facilitation of specific mobile efforts *Essential Job Functions* Candidate will work under the direction of the IT Governance team to perform various business analyst and project management functions in support of Mobile Strategy, Roadmaps, and Implementations. Work may include (but not limited to) *Specific functional areas of mobile* • SAP Fiori • IBM Maximo Anywhere • Data Splice • Microsoft Office 365 & Azure *Mobile Center of Excellence (MCoE)* • Established the MCoE including the creation of focus groups in the areas of internal customers, applications, security, logistical/operations, legal, architecture, data and storage • Facilitate the collaboration of diverse groups from IT Development, IT Project Management, IT Cyber, Legal, Procurement, and Operations • Establish the MCoE collaboration platform and assist and author the build out of content including Policies (i.e acceptable use policy), Procedures, Best Practices, Standards, Templates, Legal and Procurement Boilerplates, White Papers Project Management. Although this position is more strategic in nature, there will be opportunities to guide/assist/execute in project management: • Apply traditional Waterfall techniques for entire project life-cycle from project initiation through closure and transfer to Production Support where appropriate • Apply Agile project management techniques, methods and tools to ensure projects success where appropriate • Responsible for facilitating multiple projects simultaneously • Develop project plans and work with project teams to execute on plans • Develop request for proposal (RFP) bid documents and prepare evaluation of vendor bid responses • Translate customer business objectives into full scale project plans, including specific activities/tasks and timelines • Manage project execution of deliverables and corresponding project documentation to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, scope, and quality • Be a project champion and representative; move things forward, and drive the project • Be a catalyst to lead the team through roadblocks, or assist the team by providing direction • Perform with a highly collaborative leadership style • Pitch in to create the best atmosphere for ALL to be successful on the project team Utilize organizational resources appropriately *Requirements* PM position requirements will be specific to the individual assignment but, in general, will include: · Strong leadership skills, with a highly collaborative leadership style · Demonstrated project management skills with track record of successful projects · Ability to organize and manage multiple projects · Excellent customer-facing skills and professional manner · Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with, and influence, individuals at all levels of the organization · Ability to work independently as well to work effectively in a team-based environment · Demonstrated ability to pitch in to create the best atmosphere for ALL to be successful on the project team · Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including oral, written, facilitation, mediation, collaboration, and presentation skills · Ability to set and meet deadlines · Proven ability to gather and document customer requirements · Experience with bid processes including creating request for proposals and evaluating vendor responses. · Ability to use Microsoft Office products including Visio and Project · 5+ years’ experience in project management practices and procedures including managing small to midsize projects. · Experience/Familiarity with Office 365, Azure, Fiori, Data Splice, and other mobile products · Electric Utility experiences a plus *Preferred* *Project Management Institute (PMI), * *Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) * *Project Management Professional (PMP), * ----------------------- Thanks&Regards, Praveeth.chava, Accounts Manager Ph: 248-473-0720 EXT 163 Email: [email protected] Gtalk: *[email protected] <[email protected]>* Please consider the environment before printing this e-mail -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
